Once you submit your inquiry, I’ll check my availability and get back to you via email with a price quote. From there, we’ll go over the design details! Some people come in with a full vision, while others are happy to let me take the creative lead—either way works for me, just let me know!

4. make it official
Once you approve the quote, I'll email you an invoice that can be paid securely online.
A 50% deposit locks in your order, with the remaining balance due the day before pickup. Your first invoice will be for the deposit, and once that’s paid, I’ll send a detailed, itemized invoice with the deposit applied.
5. ready for pickup!
The week of pickup, I’ll send a quick reminder with your chosen pickup location and their hours so you know exactly where to go.
On pickup day, your cookies will be waiting behind the counter—just let them know you’re picking up for Bakes & Bites and give them your name. Time to enjoy your handmade custom sugar cookies!

Whether you have a full vision or just know you want something cute and delicious, I’ve got you! I always recommend submitting an inquiry form as soon as you know your event date to reserve your spot. As the event gets closer, we can circle back to finalize the details!
I sent Geena a couple of photos for the theme of my baby shower and let her do the rest! She is so creative with the designs she comes up with and the cookies turned out perfect! We will definitely be ordering more in the future.
